exercise 30

I have officially taken a load off our drives. 1. I placed a file on the s drive and deleted it. 2. I looked at the P drive and now I know where to find a lot of useful information that we don't use everyday, but when you do need it, you really need it. 3. I cleaned out my z drive. 4. There were time sheet from 2002 that I don't even know how they got there, but they're history now. I don't know if I can say I was more organized than I thought I was, but I am now and I learned a few things along the way. Thank you spring cleaning!!!

exercise 29

1. I created a new email address. 2. I created folders to handle some of my bussiness. 3. I don't have an address book and therefore couldn't make any changes. 4.I deleted old files (some I did not realize I had created) and am going to be more careful in the future and keep everything up to date. I can now go through my email much more quickly. Delete or move all new emails to the appropriate locations and not waste valuable space. Yea!!!

exercise 28

1. I read GTD. 2. I signed up for google calendar and tried it out some. I want to get it to send me reminders on my cell phone, but I still working on that with my provider. 3. The "process" has been very helpful and I am doing a much better job of staying on top of my email. It was one thing from GTD that has really helped me.
